quaintness of hotel, clean rooms, mountain view
Rooms are scattered, making it impractical for groups!!! No elevators make it tough to manage luggage up to the higher floors!!!

The location blew me away! Just steps from the stunning waterfall. The triple room with a balcony offered dreamy views. Waking up there was magical. The staff, especially the welcoming Slovakian lady, made everything easy and enjoyable. Simple check-in, quick answers to my questions, and friendly smiles. However, the carpet in the room felt a bit off-putting and not very hygienic. The bed also felt a little too soft for my taste. Minor issues like these didn’t overshadow the overall beauty of the spot, but they’re worth mentioning.

Breathtaking views and friendly service
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with stunning balcony views of the mountains that made every morning magical. The location was ideal for exploring Lauterbrunnen, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which was a bit challenging with heavy luggage.

A cozy stay by the lake
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Our room had a lovely view!
Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was quite minimal, lacking variety. Plus, the shower had a bit of moisture that could use some attention to improve comfort.

Centrally located in the Jungfrau Region, the spacious family room was comfortable with large beds and a great shower. The breakfast spread was fresh and quite satisfying, and the fondue at the restaurant was exceptional. The friendly staff added to the warm atmosphere, making it a delightful experience overall.

A Disappointing Experience with Management
Despite sharing a room, we were charged for an extra one.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We skied daily at the renowned slopes of Wengen and Mürren. The area also features well-maintained tennis courts and a mini-golf course. Nearby, the Staubbach waterfall is amazing and accessible via a new path, perfect for a nice hike.
Unfortunately, I found the carpet in the room quite off-putting. It didn’t feel very hygienic, especially compared to other options I’ve stayed in. Plus, we thought the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

Breathtaking views from the room.
I struggled with the outdated amenities. The bathroom was incredibly cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Climbing four flights of stairs with my heavy suitcase was exhausting after a long day of travel.
